Nancy Falk | Executive Director
Nancy joined Nourish Meals on Wheels as Executive Director at the end of May 2022, upon the previous director’s retirement. She has a long history of involvement in board and volunteer leadership in the non-profit and healthcare sectors. Most recently, she was the Executive Director at the Hilltop Club Association, a 55+ community in Aurora, CO. She and her husband have lived in Highlands Ranch for 22 years and they have a son studying at CSU and a daughter who is a senior in high school. When she has time, she loves to read, enjoy nature and watch her kids sports.
Gayle Melges | Director of Operations
Gayle joined our staff as Director of Operations at the end of January 2023, after the previous person in this role retired. She earned her MS in Nonprofit Management from Johnson & Wales University and brings more than 15 years of experience working with nonprofits. Before coming to Nourish, Gayle spent eight years connecting military service members with the things they love while working for the USO in Colorado. When she’s not working, she enjoys crocheting, diamond painting, thrift shopping, playing video games, reading, photography, traveling and spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Geoffrey Groditski | Executive Chef
Chef Geoff has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and joined Nourish Meals on Wheels in April of 2020. He blends classical techniques with fresh and seasonal products to create amazing meals. His focus is creating and adapting recipes to provide exciting food to meet the dietary needs of our clients. Chef Geoff’s leadership and teaching style is one that brings out the best in people. He empowers those around him to be the best at what they are doing in their lives and recognizes that everyone has something to offer and that taking the time to listen to people will produce results. Geoff was the executive chef at The Fort Restaurant, The University Club of Denver and Pasta’s Italian Restaurant. He has received many accolades over his career including an invitation to cook at The James Beard House in New York City.

Board Governance

Most board members are active volunteers and often at our facility. They work closely with the director, staff, and other volunteers.

Board members serve a 3-year term and 100% of them contribute financially to Nourish. They meet annually to review accomplishments and refine the strategic plan for the coming year.

Our board and staff understand the importance of organizational review and goal setting to pave the way for growth and success at Nourish.
